Aschehoug er eit av dei største uavhengige forlagsselskapa i Norge, grunnlagde i 1872. Det har hovudkontor i Oslo.
Aschehoug-konsernet omfattar også andre forlag som heilt eller delvis er eigde av Aschehoug.
